Cuisine with good intentions
Get up in the morning and look forward to some aromatic coffee and a variety-packed buffet. A good day starts with a good breakfast and you will certainly strike it rich in that regard here. Taste, enjoy, refresh - for an action-packed day out there in the mountains. . .
We only provide an evening meal three times a week in the winter months. A well-intended service for those of you who don't want to leave the hotel when you are feeling weary. But you won't go hungry here; if need be, you can enjoy a pizza or a good snack in our cellar bar. We are also centrally located enough that a short walk will take you to a good selection of restaurants . . .
And guests who prefer vegetarian or vegan options, or who maybe just want to sample this lighter lifestyle, are in the right place here with us, since some of our family are themselves vegan, so we pamper our guests with a wide range of delicious plant-based dishes . . .

Fine food, freshly prepared
In the summer – when the weather is good – we have a barbecue once a week. In winter, 2-3 evenings a week there are menus to choose from, standard and vegan.
