Our motto “The best the region has to offer and home-made”! Regional, fresh and even home-made - this is how our breakfast buffet is presented - because an enjoyable breakfast provides for joie de vivre and energy and therefore, it is a requirement for a perfect start into your day in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Starting with spreads and bread, then with an exquisite fir shoot honey and cake, through to (damson) marmalade: here we make everything with the greatest care and love. Variety and diversity are also very important to us.
During the winter months, should you feel tired after an active day of skiing and feel like staying in and not leave the hotel - three times a week, we offer our guests a dish of the day and/or dishes from our small menu. Here, we serve bits and bobs and delicacies from the region. In close proximity to the hotel (within walking distance), you will find numerous restaurants, which whip up both national and international dishes. We would be happy to book a table for you.
Interested in a barbeque? In the summer once a week, we organise a barbeque with our guests, which is always a nice way to spend time together and is gladly welcomed.
